These providers help run Voicedot. Access is limited to the purposes below and depends on the feature you use.
The processing scope depends on the feature being used.
Providers and services
A subprocessor helps Voicedot process customer or visitor data on a customer’s behalf. This list also describes providers supporting billing, website analytics and service operations. Voicedot remains responsible for choosing providers carefully and documenting their purposes.

Cloudflare R2
- When used

- Purpose
- Private storage of page snapshots and temporary audio files.
- Data involved
- Saved page views, audio and object metadata.
Hetzner
- When used
- Depending on the feature being used.
- Purpose
- Application hosting and infrastructure in Nuremberg, Germany.
- Data involved
- Application and operational data on the hosted infrastructure.
Stripe
- When used
- Depending on the feature being used.
- Purpose
- Payments, subscriptions and billing.
- Data involved
- Payment, billing and subscription information handled through the payment workflow.
Resend
- When used
- Depending on the feature being used.
- Purpose
- Transactional email, such as account access and notifications.
- Data involved
- Recipient email addresses, message content and delivery information.
Plausible
- When used

- Purpose
- Website and application analytics.

- Page visits and selected interaction events, without feedback content, email addresses or login tokens.

Analytics and cookies
The source list identifies Plausible for cookieless website analytics. Optional product or session analytics tools should not receive raw audio, transcripts, visitor emails, sensitive page text or pin selector data.

Updates and questions
We review this list when we add, remove or materially change a provider. Customers who need contractual processing terms should also review the DPA and Privacy Policy.
