2. The Service

Voicedot is a SaaS product for collecting contextual feedback and messages on live websites.

The Service lets a Customer install a Widget on a website so Visitors can pin a specific place on a page or leave a general message. Visitors can explain feedback by voice, when available under the applicable plan, or by text, review voice transcript text before sending where transcription is available, and send the final message to the Customer.

The Customer receives messages as conversations with page context, optional pin context and final text. Audio is not provided to the Customer for playback. Audio processing and retention follow the Privacy Policy and applicable service configuration.

Voice transcripts and pin context are meant to help customers understand the message, but they may not be perfect. Transcripts can contain mistakes. Old pins can become less precise when a page changes. Customers should review important messages before relying on them.

Voicedot is provided as software as a service. We do not transfer ownership of the software, code, interface, design, documentation, methods, trademarks or other intellectual property to you.

3. Accounts and authority

You need an Account to use the Service as a Customer.

You must provide accurate account, billing and workspace information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account.

Tell us without undue delay if you believe your Account has been used without authorization.

The Service is intended primarily for business use. If you use the Service as a consumer, mandatory consumer rights that apply under law remain unaffected.

4. Lawful widget deployment

You are responsible for how you deploy the Widget on your website or on a website you manage.

Voicedot can provide product controls and processor support, but we do not decide why you collect feedback from your Visitors or whether your use case is lawful. That decision remains yours.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Having the right to install the Widget on the relevant website.
  • Providing privacy notices, consent notices or legal bases required for your use case.
  • Deciding where the Widget appears and what it asks Visitors to submit.
  • Configuring email requirements, pinning, retention and other settings appropriately.
  • Responding to Visitor requests where you are the controller of the data.
  • Ensuring that your use of Voicedot does not violate applicable law, contracts or platform rules.

5. Visitor messages and customer content

You retain your rights to Customer Content.

You grant Voicedot the limited rights needed to host, process, transcribe, store, display, transmit, secure and otherwise operate the Service for you. This includes processing Visitor Messages, audio, final text, page context, pin context and workspace metadata to provide the Service.

You are responsible for Customer Content and for ensuring that you have the rights, notices and permissions needed to submit or collect it through Voicedot.

You must not use the Service to collect content that you are not allowed to collect or process.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You must not misuse the Service or use it in a way that could harm Voicedot, other customers, Visitors or the integrity of the platform.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused, a security risk exists, payment has failed, or continued use could expose Voicedot, customers or Visitors to harm.

You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or third-party rights.
  • Collect, transmit or store illegal content.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Mislead Visitors about who receives their messages.
  • Send spam or abuse the Service.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls or payment controls.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack or interfere with the Service.
  • Upload malware or harmful code.
  • Conduct surveillance, covert recording or deceptive recording.
  • Resell the Service unless we agree in writing.

Voicedot is not designed for collecting highly sensitive information. Configure your Widget and notices so Visitors know what not to include.

Unless you have a separate lawful process and our written agreement where required, do not use Voicedot to collect passwords or authentication secrets, full payment-card details, government ID numbers, health information, biometric identifiers, data about children, special-category personal data, or content from regulated industries requiring certifications that Voicedot does not have.

7. Free plan, trial, subscriptions and payments

Voicedot offers a separate Free plan, a full-product 7-day free trial and paid subscriptions. The plan details and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Purchase terms shown to you at checkout govern the paid subscription you consciously select.

The approved monthly offer is Free at $0, Solo at $19, Pro at $39 and Team at $79, in USD. The Free plan includes one project, one dashboard member and 100 new text feedback submissions per month. Solo includes one project and one dashboard member. Pro includes unlimited projects and one dashboard member. Team includes unlimited projects and unlimited team members, without per-seat charges. Paid plans include voice and text feedback subject to fair use. Widget branding remains in Free and Solo and is removed from the widget in Pro and Team; this is not full white label.

MCP is included in every plan. The subscription does not include a third-party coding agent. External reviewers are unlimited in every plan and are not counted as dashboard team members.

Create an account now. Set up your site when ready. Your seven free days start when the first real feedback is successfully sent and saved in your project. No card is required. Unless you explicitly choose a paid subscription, your account switches to Free when the trial ends. You can choose a paid plan during the trial or subscribe immediately. Before you confirm, we show the price, billing interval and when the first payment will be taken. Saving a payment card alone does not authorize a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions, once consciously selected, renew automatically for the billing period selected at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Other billing periods apply only if shown on the Pricing page or at checkout.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. For a paid subscription, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for Subscription Fees, taxes and other charges disclosed at checkout. There is no fee for the 7-day free trial.

If payment fails, we may notify you, limit access, suspend the Service or terminate the Account after reasonable attempts to resolve the issue.

Electronic invoices or receipts may be issued through the payment provider or sent electronically. Paper invoices are not issued unless separately agreed.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription does not renew after that date. A scheduled downgrade also takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Cancellation stops future renewal. A refund is a separate request under the applicable refund policy and your statutory rights.

If you are a consumer and a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within the period required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available to you. Where the law allows a digital service to start before the withdrawal period ends, we may ask you to confirm that you want immediate access and acknowledge the consequences for your withdrawal right.

To request a billing review, contact support and include the account, workspace and invoice details.

8. Usage limits and fair use

The Free plan’s allowance is 100 new text feedback submissions per month. Replies and discussions do not count towards that allowance. Editing text, changing a status and retrieving feedback through MCP do not use it either. Free does not include voice transcription.

Project and dashboard-member allowances follow the selected plan. External reviewers are not dashboard members and are unlimited in every plan. The full-product trial is separate from the smaller Free plan.

On paid plans, “unlimited” means there is no message or transcription cap you would meet in normal feedback use by your team and reviewers. Normal feedback rounds are included. Unlimited use remains subject to fair use and anti-abuse protections; it is not an offer of general-purpose transcription or unrestricted platform-scale collection.

Paid plans support normal website and product feedback workflows without a fixed monthly submission quota. Fair use protects against abuse, automated bulk ingestion unrelated to genuine feedback and sustained workloads that materially exceed a standard plan’s capacity. A large audience or legitimate MCP use is not itself a violation. We contact you about a different arrangement and do not add usage charges without your agreement. We may temporarily restrict activity to protect the service and explain it as soon as reasonably possible.

We may limit access or message collection for an inactive project, failed payment, security risk, misuse or breach of these Terms. Those protections do not create an undisclosed paid usage meter.

Once you have used your allowance of 100 new feedback submissions, additional feedback is kept in a waiting queue. Its content is unavailable in the dashboard, exports, notifications or MCP until released against a renewed allowance or unlocked by a suitable paid plan. Released feedback uses the new allowance. Feedback you could already access does not become locked again. Free includes your first project and one team member. Other projects and team access become unavailable on downgrade; the downgrade itself does not delete them. Choose Pro for multiple projects or Team for team access, subject to the data-retention policy.

9. Third-party services

Voicedot depends on third-party services for parts of the Service, such as hosting, storage, transcription, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, logging and integrations.

Some third-party services may change, become unavailable or process data under their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes or failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Current subprocessor and provider information is described on the Subprocessors page and in the Privacy Policy or DPA where applicable.

10. Data protection and security

For Account, billing, support, security, product operations and marketing data, Voicedot acts as a controller as described in the Privacy Policy.

For Visitor Messages collected through a Customer-installed Widget, the Customer normally decides why the data is collected and acts as controller. Voicedot processes that data to provide the Service and acts as processor.

If you need processor terms, review or request the DPA.

The Data and privacy page explains the product data model in plain language, including voice, transcripts, final text, pin and page context, access and deletion requests. The Privacy Policy, DPA and Subprocessors page control the final legal details.

You are responsible for keeping your Account secure and limiting access to authorized team members.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service. However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or perfectly secure.

Privileged access to Customer Content should be limited to support, security, incident response or legal necessity. Operational details are described in the Privacy Policy, DPA and Data and privacy page.

11. Intellectual property

Voicedot and its software, interface, components, documentation, design, workflows, trademarks and other materials are owned by Good Sheet Sp. z o.o. or its licensors.

You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service except where allowed by law or expressly agreed in writing.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about the Service, we may use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not disclose your confidential Customer Content without permission.

12. Availability, beta features and changes

Voicedot is under active development. We may add, change, suspend or remove features to improve the Service, protect users, comply with law, manage technical constraints or adapt to product learnings.

We may provide beta, experimental or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, changed, limited or discontinued.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider issues, security events, network problems or other events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

13. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for every use case, compliant with every customer legal obligation, or available for regulated industries requiring special certifications.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, business interruption, loss of data or costs of substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period. For free usage, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

14. Termination, deletion and retention

You may stop using Voicedot or cancel your subscription as provided in the Service or billing portal.

We may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, you breach these Terms, your use creates security, legal, operational or abuse risk, we are required to do so by law, or we discontinue the Service or a material part of it.

After termination or account deletion, we delete or anonymize production Customer Content from active systems within the timeframe described in the Privacy Policy and DPA, unless longer retention is required by law or needed for legitimate billing, security, audit or dispute purposes.

Backup copies may persist for up to 12 months until overwritten according to the backup schedule described in the Privacy Policy or DPA. Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained.

15. Support, complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint or support request, use the Support page or contact support@voicedot.ai.

A complaint should include enough information for us to identify the account, workspace, invoice or event concerned.

We will review complete complaints and respond by email or another appropriate channel within a reasonable time. If a mandatory legal response period applies, we will follow that period.

These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.

Disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the competent common court having jurisdiction over the registered seat of Good Sheet Sp. z o.o., unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

For consumers in the EU, information about consumer dispute resolution bodies is available through European Commission consumer redress resources. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

16. Final provisions

We may update these Terms when the Service, pricing, business model, legal requirements or operational practices change.

If changes materially affect active customers, we will provide notice by email, in-product notice or publication on the website before the changes take effect, unless urgent changes are required for legal, security or operational reasons.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription before the changes take effect.

These Terms are available on the Voicedot website in a way that allows them to be stored and reproduced.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Any written agreement signed by Voicedot and the Customer prevails over conflicting provisions of these Terms.
