Paid plans support normal website and product feedback workflows without a fixed monthly submission quota. Fair use protects against abuse, automated bulk ingestion unrelated to genuine feedback and sustained workloads that materially exceed a standard plan’s capacity. A large audience or legitimate MCP use is not itself a violation. We contact you about a different arrangement and do not add usage charges without your agreement. We may temporarily restrict activity to protect the service and explain it as soon as reasonably possible.

The seven-day trial includes Team: voice and text feedback, unlimited projects and team members, MCP and no Voicedot link in the widget. Free is a separate plan with a smaller allowance.
Do I need an AI agent?
No. Read, discuss and export feedback without an agent. MCP is there when you want it.
What happens when the trial ends?
No card is required. Unless you explicitly choose a paid subscription, your account switches to Free when the trial ends. Free includes your first project and one team member. Other projects and team access become unavailable on downgrade; the downgrade itself does not delete them. Choose Pro for multiple projects or Team for team access, subject to the data-retention policy.
What counts towards the Free allowance?
Free includes 100 feedback submissions per month. Replies and discussions don’t count towards your limit. Editing text, changing a status and retrieving feedback through MCP don’t use this allowance.
The exact reset period and queue capacity and retention remain to be agreed.
What does fair use mean?

Its content is unavailable in the dashboard, exports, notifications or MCP until released against a renewed allowance or unlocked by a suitable paid plan. Released feedback uses the new allowance. Feedback you could already access does not become locked again.

Can I choose a paid plan early?
You can choose a paid plan during the trial or subscribe immediately. Before you confirm, we show the price, billing interval and when the first payment will be taken. Saving a payment card alone does not authorize a paid subscription.
When does cancellation or downgrade take effect?
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription does not renew after that date. A scheduled downgrade also takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
